The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Kwara State Chapter, hereby notifies all members that a Screening and Verification Exercise has been scheduled as part of the Chapter's ongoing membership digitalisation initiative.
Date: Thursday, 25th June, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM Prompt
Venue: Moyinnet Building, Gaa-Akanbi, Ilorin, Kwara State
This exercise is aimed at updating and digitising the records of all members to ensure accurate documentation, improved communication, and efficient membership management within the Guild.
All members are required to attend and come along with:
• One recent passport photograph
• Any available AGN membership identification or supporting information
The exercise will provide an opportunity for members to verify their personal details, update their records where necessary, and be properly captured in the AGN Kwara digital membership database.
Members who are not captured during this exercise may experience difficulties in accessing certain Guild services and future membership-related benefits until their records are updated.
The Executive Council therefore encourages all members, whether active on the official platforms or not, to take advantage of this exercise and ensure their membership information is properly documented.
Together, we are building a stronger, more organised, and digitally driven Actors Guild of Nigeria, Kwara State Chapter.
